The sixth annual 2 BigHearts Golf Outing will feature a very special guest speaker this year by the name of Pam Upp. Pam, who is a wife, mother of three and fifth-grade teacher at Kingsbury School will share her fortunate story. Pam was diagnosed with a rare heart condition after she attended a free screening offered through the 2 BigHearts Foundation and La Porte Hospital Foundation.With medical attention from the Heart & Vascular Institute (HVI) at La Porte Regional Health System, Pam is doing great and living an active life.
